Return Policy
Quality of products and good customer service are one of our top priorities. If any item is defective we will send you a replacement or give you a refund within a 14 day period. This 14 day period begins on the day when you receive your parcel.
1. Cancellation Policy:
Order can be cancelled only before dispatch The buyer need to contact us as soon as possible. Our sales manager will arrange the cancellation in 2 working days.
All dispatched orders can not be cancelled.
2. Return Policy:
NB. Products bought on a sale are NOT returnable
1.1 How to deal with, an item that is defective?We are sorry that the item is defective, and we will actively deal with such incidents. We also need your help.
- If the item is defective, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.
- Please take a picture of the defective item and then send the picture to us by email, so that we can submit it to our Technical Director.
- We will issue either a replacement or refund.
1.2 With cooling off period (a time-frame in which the customer may return the goods they have purchased without giving any explanation), within 14 days of delivery, and the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.

1.3 Refund Policy:
NB. Products bought on a sale are NOT refundable.
If a refund is preferred, payment will be made within 7 working days after the order is cancelled or return package is received.
If the buyer paid by EFT, the money will be refunded within 3 working days; If by credit card or bank transfer, it take 3-15 days or more time for the bank to process the refund, your understanding and patience will be highly appreciated.
